This is the second one I received that was dried out. I'm not sure if moisture is to be added to the pad, but it wasn't of good quality. I would not order it again.

Unfortunate Purchase

I would not recommend their ink pads. Mine came dried out and unusable.

Poor quality

No; I went out of my way to purchase from this company but probably won’t do so again. The first ink pad I was sent was crumbling and had no ink at all. Should’ve have been caught by whoever packed the order. Wrote them and they kindly sent a replacement which doesn’t stamp gold at all; instead it’s grey.
