Filter Set For OilClear Water Fountain

This fountain works great with a fresh filter. Unfortunately the fountain stops putting out pressure after about a week. For the price of replacing a filter AUD$44.99 this product is not worth it. This is not up to the usual standard I’d expect of a pet snowy product - I use many of their other products with no issues, but this new launch water fountain needs some work.

This filter system is definitely nice but it comes with draw backs. Ill preface, that we do have harder water where we live so that definitely plays into the next part. This is our second filter for the new fountain and each one works amazing for the first week, maybe week and a half. After that, we experience slower water flow that requires us to shake the unit to work better. It still never reaches the full flow that it does during the first period. Recognizing these filters are designed for limited use life, a great update would be improving the design so they could be used for longer than 30 days.

At first i couldnt find it one the websites but i had emailed the company and got a reply literally the next day and the issue was solved so fast!! So super happy and their delivery speed is insane i always get my products withtin a week usally less even when it was a huge package!!
