I was looking forward to trying this range and liked the look of the packaging, disappointed once I got it because of the chunky plastic cylindrical bit that is the opening to get your products out. One of the things that arrived was the sample Calm aromatherapy balm, it was a solid lump and was very difficult to push up the cylindrical bit, how much is going to be left inside the packaging as it's to the outside of the cylindrical part. It's going to end up being a scissors job to ensure you get everything out of the packaging. It's all a bit of a faff!
