Wrong filament shipped to me

The filament that I received is labeled PETG Extrafill "Traffic White" instead of the filament I ordered which is the PLA Version. I tried the PETG and am pleased with it but am concerned that future orders of filament from Fillamentum will also result in erroneous products being shipped. -Roger

Great filament, horrible spool

Extrafill filaments are great quality and really rich in colour (hard to get in white). However, Fillamentum switched to recycled PP spools, those have horrible smell after unpacking, that is worse than with other PP products and does NOT go away fast (even though they claim it should). Their support is dismissive even though it is making the workshop with only a few printers uninhabitable during print with these spools. Considering I am not the only one, it is not just one spool or one order (I took more from several sellers). Really shame, because it is making my orders worthless for me. Great material, but be warned about the spools.
