Service and Quality

Service: I wasn’t impressed with the customer service. I was initially told my order had been canceled, but it still shipped and my credit card was charged. The customer service representative wasn’t very friendly, and the manager I was told had reviewed the situation simply said it had been resolved without much explanation. Product: The vacuum does a good job cleaning floors overall. However, when it moves from one room to another, it sometimes leaves dirt behind. I also found that the mop pads wear out more quickly than I expected. Overall: It’s a good product, but I’m not convinced it’s worth the $500 price tag. My experience with customer service definitely affected my overall impression. Because of how the issue was handled, I’m hesitant to recommend Dreame, despite the vacuum’s cleaning performance.

Great performance and easy to setup

I ran this thing for over a week and so far so good. No more hairs on the floor and it works really well with my hard wood floor.

I don’t 7nderstand the floor map or how to set the zone. I’m trying to set it to do kitchen, and I can’t get it to clean the whole area unkess I use the’all’ button
