Love my new work bag!

I love the quality of this bag, but for me there are a couple of enhancements that could take it from a good bag to a great bag. 1) there is no internal pocket for your laptop, so your laptop will be just in a massive bag with all your other items - not very organised! and 2) Given it is for laptops, I would love it to have some kind of strap on one side so that I can attach it to my wheely suitcase when I am travelling for work. Due to these two points, I did try and send the bag back, disappointingly, because I asked for personalisation the return was rejected, which I have to say I am extremely disappointed about given that the personalisation is on a removable tag. I have ordered a number of bags from JLR and I am always delighted with the purchase so I am disappointed on this occasion.

Beautiful work bag. Love the gold detail. Great craftsmanship. Loove it and it fits so much in. Best choice ever.
