The Leg Rest Pillow was purchased for my total knee replacement rehabilitation. The pillow is perfect to elevate my knee to help with my leg/foot swelling. As a face-up, back sleeper, this cushion relieves that initial discomfort of my lower back, It 's good to elevate my feet too, better than a pillow under the flexed knees only. The 16" width is fine for me. Glad I ordered it, Thanks!
