Kerry Leather Crossbody Bag

Love the bag.

Love this bag. It's just the right size to carry what I need, and not have scads of extra, unnecessary room left over. BUT - and maybe you can help me with this -- liquid wax from a candle accidently got onto part of the side of the purse, the handle, and the zipper pull. I've rubbed the wax off, but the stain remains. Can you recommend any way I can repair this? Photos attached. Thanks. Rae Fawcett

Love this bag! Perfect size, fits phone, wallet, sunglasses and still more room but not too big. Strap is perfectly adjustable to sit on tall or petite. Quality is excellent as always!

Love the Purse, Few Simple Improvements

I love the leather, color, and design of the purse. I was looking for a smaller purse than I had been carrying, but with some wiggle room for extras. This fit the bill. The style is unique with the double pockets on the outside and I have gotten complements. Unfortunately, the purse has been advertised with the pocket on the side of the back featured instead - a real disservice to the purse! I do have the following recommendations: 1) Remove the slots for pens - only a tiny pen would fit horizontally and these slots take up too much space. 2) Adding an inner strap with a small lobster claw to attach keys, hand sanitizer, air tag, etc. would make it much easier to find these items without emptying a purse which is longer than it is wide. 3) Provide hardware to keep the two straps together. One strap keeps falling off my shoulder. I will probably take it somewhere to add matching stitching to accomplish this. Finally, I wanted to add my satisfaction with Customer Service. I called them before ordering the purse with a question and the representative actually went to take look at the purse. When I did receive the purse, it had a diagonal fold in front which was obvious because it didn't take the dye. Working with Customer Service was very easy and they had a quick turnaround time. I would give the rating a 4.5 if I could and 5 without the suggestions I had.
