this was a replacement iron for one I purchased in 2021 and the spring gave way on the wand. The new model is not as hot - I used to use dot 2, and now use dot 3 and it is still not the same temp. This also did not come with a sleeve to store it in. I learned that Tyme has changed hands, new owners. So far unimpressed. Was told that that they no longer include the storage sleeves and did not address my concern with the quality of the product. I actually would like to exchange and see if another wand might be higher temps, but was not offered to do so.

This is my thirs Tyme and its nothing like my old two. Im really disappointed and will be looking for a different curler.

I have shared before and after photos. I will never go back to a conventional iron since using TYME for many, many, many years!!! Too many years to count.
