Aaaaagh Sizing!!!

I read that you should order one size down, so I ordered a 9, rather than my usual 10. They arrived and there's was a good 2-3 inches of excess for room. Returned, exchanging for size 8. These are better, although not perfect, length wise, but now cannot do the rear straps up, they're simply not long enough to meet the buckles! Have asked for a refund this time. I'm quite disappointed, as they look lovely and the leather seems very nice, especially the rear straps, which are beautifully soft and supple. Maybe they'll work for you, who knows!
