Excellent quality, excellent service.

This purchase was the first I had made. The quality of product is first class and exactly as described. Due to my experience with other online manufacturers, I initially ordered size 11 but Oliver Sweeney appear to make true UK sizes. I re-ordered size 10.5 (my usual in store fitting ) which fitted perfectly and then returned the initial order for a refund. The returns process worked well, although the promised email copy of the return label was not received, so I had to use the online link to print off the return label. Hopefully the refund will be credited in the timely manner promised. All round a very good online shopping experience.

Excellent looking and solid comfort too. The quality is hard to find these days, these are a throw back to old days when manufacturers put effort into the shoe being made well.
