Good mount, lacks parts

First, the mount is good. It has worked well and given me a solution for backseat riders to have an accessible spot to put phones or tablets to be out of the way and grab quickly. The bad - using the stock speaker screws is terrible. They are too short and don’t have enough thread to secure the mount with any confidence. I had to go to HomeDepot to get longer M4 screws that Bulletpoint should have provided.

Need to include hardware

Again. Just got this today and went to install it. Of course the factory screws are too short. Maybe they should include some with the parts kit. Once I get the screws it will probably work out perfect for what I need it for. I shouldn’t have to hunt down hardware though.

Disappointed

This is the first time I’ve been disappointed with a product from Bulletpoint. It’s a quality product and well made. My issue is the install. According to the instructions you reuse the OEM hardware that holds the soundbar speakers in place. On my 2023, the screws aren’t long enough to make contact when you add the thickness of the bracket. And of course I didn’t have the right length M4 screws in the garage to install so I had to order some. I’d suggest they test fit a few more of these and start including screws that are long enough for future orders.
