It's plenty thick and warm. The zipper should be easier to work with. It should be bigger so it's easy to zip up. The 2 way is also a problem. If the zipper were just a standard one, it would be easier to zip up. Lining up the 2 parts, up and down, makes it difficult to line up and zip up. When your hands are cold after getting out of the water, dealing with a tricky zipper is not the best.

We use it to take our dog out in NYC. It’s great for early mornings or late nights in cold weather when you don’t want to get dressed.

My only wish is that the sleeves were longer. I am 5'10" and a size 14 and got a Medium. Plenty of room even with bulky sweaters.
