Terrible customer service

At the time of ordering the product, the store gave me the option to pre-pay the duties and taxes. I chose this option and paid a much higher shipping charge. Once the products arrived in Canada, I was informed by Fedex that I needed to pay additional duties and taxes to have the shipment released to me. I emailed French Beauty Hub several times to help me resolve this, and nobody responded. I was forced to pay the additional duties to receive my products. I then contacted the store again with a receipt from the additional duties I was charged, asking for a reimbursement, and after several follow up emails, I still have not had any response. No telephone number is available to call them, so the only option is email or these reviews.
