Shipping took too long

Shipping was over six weeks from order and payment. Just not good enough

Order arrived incomplete and no response from customer service

My order arrived with items missingת part of what I paid for simply wasn't in the package. I contacted customer service right away, with photos showing exactly what was delivered, but more than 2 weeks later I still haven't received any reply at all. No acknowledgement, no explanation, nothing The only message I've had from them since is this request to leave a review. The product itself is fine, but a company that ignores a customer over a missing item while still chasing them for reviews doesn't deserve more than this.

This is the worst service ever. Don't bother to buy this product. I bought it in May and was delivered in June. I will never order from them again.
