More sleep less pain.
Gives me a better nights sleep. I love the cherry flavour, and I feel the magnesium is more absorbable in this form compared with tablet supplements. Calms my brain before sleep.

Great product!
Love using these before bed! Have certainly improved the quality of sleep I get, feel as if there’s a big benefit in recovery as well from someone who is a long distance runner. My only negatives would be this particular type tends to need stirring before each sip and the last couple can be a pain to get out of the tube, although that seems to have improved a bit with the new tubes 👍👍
