My silk coat bottle arrived empty. I tried to go on the chat to see if I could get a replacement but no one came on the chat.

Have only used the products once so far; the Smooth & Moisture shampoo & conditioner, the hair mask and Silk Smooth spray. All of which left my hair incredibly shiny and smooth. Smells good too. Will definitely be purchasing more when mine runs out.
