I bought this bar last year and never used it until I damaged my hair so badly with protein overload. My hair was a frizzy mess that no amount of serum would nourish. I used the bar in my cupboard as I was searching TikTok how to reverse protein overload. After the first wash my hair was soo much smoother, I could get a brush through it without having to stop at my ends for another detangle. I cannot tell you how smooth my hair has been this whole week. This was the only thing that truly helped. I’m on day 4 after wash day and there’s still no tangles. It’s hard to believe I had lost hope last week. Really grateful how fast this conditioning bar worked! 1000% recommend

I really, really love this shampoo and conditioner. I am a type 4 natural hair girl and I have never been able to make my hair feel like it does.
