Causes unnecessary breakage

I really do love this brand as a whole however this brush just did not do what I thought, it did the opposite. I’ve been using it for a few days now and every single time I go to brush my hair, I find multiple pieces of broken hair within it. I was really surprised and confused. Yes it does leave the hair soft and o do see a shine, but I’m going to have to stop using it. Mind you I do have course low porosity hair that’s not as dense, however this brush claims to be for all hair types and I do follow the instructions. Really disheartened.

Honestly I didn’t know what a good brush could do! Been using the same one from the supermarket for the past couple of years and have to say, this one makes my hair feel very shiny and smooth. It reminds me of a rupunzel brush?!! But it doesn’t have hard Brussels that can stimulate your scalp, it’s very much a HAIR brush

makes my hair feel soft and is great if you have easily tangled hair and want to avoid brushing it roughly!
