I love your products, have not been disappointed. I do have an observation, I send an email already. I had always ordered on a Tuesday or Wednesday and gotten my order by Fri. or Sat. of the same week. Well I guess you have different policies and I dint get my order till Tuesday the following week, needless to say I was not able to use them and had to do some emergency work.
