Ishimoto- Iwai no Shiro

I like ordering from this seller but I had issues with them for the past few orders. The last order the tins were all dented & i paid full price for them even though they have a section for discounted dented tins. This recent order the Ishimoto matchas I ordered weren’t labeled at all which doesn’t make sense because how am I suppose to know what matcha line it is? It’s just frustrating having issues like these.
