Best Price I Could Find on These Snap Covers
Some companies want an outrageous amount for these vinyl snap covers, in some cases for just one they want as much as I paid for four of them through Fly Me Flag. I bought two of these for my Dad's flag pole earlier this year from another seller and paid over twice what these cost. My most recent purchase through FMF was for my Dad's dock lines to his boat. They protect the surface from contacting the metal clips at the cleats and do a real nice job so far. We'll see how they stand up over time to the weather. I'm extremely pleased with how they're working out so far. Although the price was as low as I could find anywhere, at the time I only gave 4 stars because what appeared to be about a 6 ounce package cost $8.50 to ship. I think 1st class through the P.O. with a large envelope under 13 ounces is $1.50. Even $5.00 would be a bit more reasonable since there's no padded mailer or packing material needed to ship them. Maybe I'm just way out of touch these days (likely the issue). No one else seems to be offering a lower rate for shipping and so I suppose that's just the way it is.
