Beautiful fabric, upper fit and fabric... BUT.....

Just like the title says... Out of the box I was hugely pleased with my new Highballers... until I tried them on. The fit around the waist and hips was perfect, the fabric lovely, the finish and design great.... BUT... they were so laughably short I can only imagine a manufacturing fault. I've never bought or tried on a pair of trousers, climbing or otherwise, that are so short in the leg. And I was careful to run the sizing calculator twice with my height. They could be a full 10cms longer and they'd be about right. They weren't just above my shoe, or above my ankle, they were on their way to being 3/4 length. So if you're slim build and 180-185 tall, they won't fit. Mine had to be returned, reluctantly. Advice to Rungne; make a Long version, or simply put a normal size guide on your site with all the dimensions of the trousers, not a fancy sizing calculator that doesn't work. Sting in the tail? You guessed it; I have to pay to return them!
