Cicada Pants (Slate)

Great pants but has a hole in one of the pockets. After all, these are great pants. Regarding the pocket, to me it is not worth the hassle with shipping for exchange since it is very easy to fix at home. But I appreciate the customer service and lifetime warranty. Will order again :)

I am 5’9, 150lb, and ordered a small. They fit perfectly in the waist, very baggy, and the ends lay perfectly on the ground. I had a ton of problems with my shipping and tracking information.. and my pants got shipped to another state. I reached out, and they were beyond helpful. I learned that there was an ongoing issue with the shipping company, and kawa found my correct tracking information and pants immediately after I reached out. The support was fast & exactly what I was hoping for. My pants are so comfortable, practical, and I love them already. I didn’t realise how many pockets they had as well! Two in the front, two in the back, and one hidden with a zipper on each thigh. Every pocket is spacious and could hold a phone, wallet, and a few loose items as well. Thank you kawa!!

Took a while to ship, (because i ordered backstock) but the customer service was amazing, packaging was done well, came with stickers, and the actual quality of the pants is amazing, will order again.
