Red Biker Buddy Paracord Keychain

Ordered 2x key rings and it took over SIX weeks for them to arrive. After initial several weeks of nothing received I attempted to contact Paracord and cancel the order ( too late for intended presents / birthdays) and ask for refund under statutory rights. No reply / comms from Paracord whatsoever. They finally arrived 3/4 weeks later with no acknowledgment or apology. The products themselves are fine, but the lousy customer service means this low rating. Be wary of lonnnng delivery time if you do order
