Seared chicken thigh glazed in a honey sriracha sauce, served over sesame brown rice with fresh mango salsa, stir-fried vegetables, and a bright finish of lime and cilantro. Sweet heat, clean plate.

Loved the mixture of the pulled/shredded chicken, the farro, and the crunchy veggies! Such a bright meal with so many colors. One of my favorites!
The pulled chicken is tender, perfectly seared, and carries that light soy depth you only get from an intentional marinade. The rice? Flawless—each grain distinct, not drowning in oil or salt. The veggies hold their form: crisp, bright, alive. If there’s a note to hit harder, it’s the honey sriracha—it whispers when it could confidently speak. But a dash of sriracha and soy brings it into full alignment. Overall, a disciplined, balanced dish that proves Fit-Flavors understands precision—flavor included.

The shredded chicken lately is trash
Idk what changed about the shredded (pulled?) chicken but every meal I’ve had with it from the Chinese salad to the honey Siracha and the Greek chicken with yellow rice - the chicken has been so gross in every single one of them. It’s gamey and gristly and just overall disgusting. Never used to feel that way about it.
