Mixed Emotions
The mug itself is beautiful with all the detail and vibrant colors. A bit disappointed with shipping time and the package arrived damaged making it a poor presentation as it’s a gift.

I love the cup but im really disappointed that it didnt include the 4 matching charms like it was advertised in Shop where i purchaed this….😭
Update: i reached out to customer support a week ago and have not recived a response therefore i am dropping my score.
