First time
I’m a totally rookie using pellet grills, but the first use was a success. I used the Z Grill recipe for smoked cheeseburgers and while they were a bit more red than usual, the taste was fantastic. So good we didn’t need to add any toppings to the burgers, just meat and cheddar cheese.

Attention getter
Day one assembled the Z Grill went through the burn off cycle ridding the grill of oils and chemicals. The aroma from the oak pellets brought out the neighbors. Day two smoked a spaghetti squash with Turkey sausage amazing flavor. Day three chicken pizza smoked with garlic Parmesan coating and honey roasted carrots. Easy clean up and no mess kitchen. Love the 1000E set up and looking forward to different flavor pellets.

First Smoker
Recently purchased my first Z Grills pellet smoker, and have been pleased with all aspects so far. Arrived quickly in labeled boxes. Put it together in under an hour, and was ready to start the burn in process. Smoked my first two spatchcock chickens the first night. It held it's temp consistently through the entire 4 hour smoke for the most delicious chicken I've ever had. Two thumbs way up.
