In love with this bag, great customer service
I purchased this bag but used a card I didn’t mean to use. I emailed customer service, the refunded my order immediately so that I could reorder with the payment method I preferred, within hours.
The bag is beautiful, it’s so soft and the plumb color is lovely. Very happy with the entire experience.

Closure not great
Love the leather. It is buttery soft. But the magnetic closure isn’t terribly secure. It tends to open too easily, especially if you have even a reasonable amount of stuff in it.
