I’m very disappointed with my experience with Florence. While the brand presents itself as premium and performance-driven, the customer service has been extremely poor.
I’ve been trying to get updates regarding my order for several days and have received little to no response. This lack of communication is unacceptable and feels very disrespectful as a customer.
It’s frustrating because the products themselves seem to have good reviews in terms of quality and performance , but the overall experience is heavily impacted by how issues are handled. A brand cannot position itself as high-end while failing at basic customer support.
At this point, I cannot recommend purchasing from Florence unless they significantly improve their responsiveness and post-purchase service.

Per the Florence Marine fit guidelines, “true to wetsuit size.” That didn’t work. The Large rash guard top was not even close to the correct size for me. Returned 12 hours later and awaiting a refund.
