Good base-layer
I wear this under my 5/4 Hyperfreak for added core warmth in winter surf. Order down a size for a snug fit (it stretches) when wearing under your wetsuit.

Thermo shirt
Water temp was cool 75 degrees and kept me very warm while in the water! Fit is good and very flexible to paddle with. Perfect weight, not thick nor thin.
