Phone rims are unprotected

It's an expensive case with nice features such as a stand. But it fails at the very purpose of the protective case: protecting the phone from falls. The sides of the phone are left completely unprotected. The sides of the phone are left open probably for aesthetic reasons. However this leaves the rims of the screen completely unprotected from falls. This caused me to crack my screen on my first week of owning the phone. This is especially troubling because the parts for this phone are not available in Canada at all making the phone virtually impossible to repair. Beautiful but dangerous. Avoid.

Sony, there's nothing better.
