Seller no help with shipping issue

Item sat at shipper destination facility for almost two weeks with no ETA for delivery to my location. FactoryPure tried to wash their hands, telling me delivery wasn’t there problem, even though they chose and paid shipper. Finally had to threaten refusal of shipment and getting my credit card company involved. FactoryPure’s only response was I’d be responsible for return shipping and restocking charges. Had to advise FactoryPure, we could fight over that or they could just take some responsibility and get their shipper to complete the delivery. Item was subsequently delivered a few hours after this conversation. Would certainly not recommend using this business. Could anyone imagine having to have this kind of situation from COSTCO or Amazon?
