Your sales staff was always quick to answer and courteous but had little or no information from Generac or AAA Cooper as to when l could expect delivery.

Generac GP6500

Recently purchased a Generac GP6500. After unboxing, minor assembly, and adding oil and gas, the generator fired up on the first crank. I haven’t had an occasion to run under load but I expect it to work great.

I ordered this on 10/06/2024 as of 11/14/2024 I still have not received my generator. The tracking number shows it's been in Tampa since 11/06/2024. I called several times and get me answer at the terminal. FP said they were calling me to set up delivery but had the wrong number which we changed to my cell number. Still no call. Still waiting to hear from carrier.
