Irish Sea Moss

Good for skin

I have only been taking this supplement for less than a month but I see my skin brighter when I take it. I haven’t taken it long enough to see bloating improvement. I wish the taste was better, not a big fan of the taste but doesn’t make me gag or anything.

Healthier gut

I like to rotate my supplements, however I use Irish Sea Moss more frequently now. I have noticed significant change with my gut health after returning Irish Sea Moss back to my daily supplements. I prefer Cymbiotika since they are in liquid form and they pack them in individual travel size pouch.
