"Velvet" is the oerfect word to describe this liner. How does it apply? Like velvet. How does it look? Like velvet. Is it matte or sparkly? It looks like velvet - not metallic, not shimmery, but reflects light like velvet. I have fair-to-light skin and dark, cool brown hair with lots of "salt." I often dye my hair because I like to play with hair color, but Ive been staying pretty natural lately, so been looking for eyebrows and lashes to coordinate with my hair. The steel grey is sooooo pretty!! I also like to smoke/smudge this gently into my crease to define my entire eye with one color. I let it get pretty sheer into my crease, keep it stronger on my upper lash line, and smoke it out a lot under my lower lashes. So pretty, super simple, easy eye look for me!
