Velvet Eyeliner: Dark Brown

I really like this color. It's dark and richly pigmented. There is a learning curve though. I ran the pencil on my waterline and there was transferring. It eventually smudged under my eyes. I almost gave up but then used the brush to apply it to my lash line. I applied the pencil to the back of my hand then ran the brush end on it and applied to my eyes. That really worked and no transfer. Staying power is great. Would buy again

I am really pleased with this eyeliner and plan to order again! I highly recommend getting the sharpener when you order the eyeliner. I did not, and tried the best available sharpener from Ulta and unfortunately it didn't work with this pencil. Lesson learned. I really like the color and workability of the eyeliner and the brush is wonderful for blending so there's no sharp lines.

So easy & almost effortless. Blends & smokes out easily for a subtle or intense smoky eye. But it does set down nicely. The dark brown is deep & rich - perfect for when you aren't in the mood for the intensity of black eyeliner.
