Chicken Marinated with Orange Star Anise Sauce. Chicken breast Marinated for 2 hours in Orange Star Anise Sauce, turn while Marinating, Baking in the oven for 45 minutes at 180c.The Marinate added its unique flavour and seemed to keep the Chicken moist and not dried out.
