Almost the complete product. Handy pouch so you can sip what you need. Sweet neutral flavour. Seems to work. Marked down for price and the brands refusal to create an electrolyte gel, runners don’t want to be messing around carrying and popping seperate tablets while trying to run. Big oversight. Losing customers to SIS beta electrolyte.
