FastGlass half full.

My first delivery of a FastGlass 686 blank arrived with evidence the tube had been crushed in transit. On opening the postal tube all four section of blank were found to be crushed. I took photos of damage and emailed it straight back to the Swift Team. No question asked, no delay, a new blank was shipped immediately at no cost. It’s arrived in perfect condition and is being turned into rod as I write this. Couldn’t have wished for a better replacement service.
