Love the bike, it’s totally made my riding much more enjoyable, no more neck strain from constantly hyperextending, which happened when riding an upright bike. Headrest is fine.

It was my fault I ordered wrong one but CruzBike returned it no problem. My bike did not support headrest but very good service all the time at CruzBike!!!

Wish I would have bought sooner

After spending lots of time fiddling with the stock headrest. I decided to give this a try. It’s the best option for me and can’t say enough good about it.
