Not missing my diamond frame at all
It was a year ago while laying in bed after a surgery that would end my diamond frame biking days that I searched the internet with the terms ‘recumbent 650b’ and the Cruzbike Q45 was returned. Thank you! For medical reasons my first 100 miles took a while to complete but I’m definitely glad I decided to continue my riding with a Q45 and a touring rack. I’ve ridden a diamond frame for 60 years, 58 of those on Brooks B17 saddles so the idea of a change was daunting. But I’ll say this- we should all learn to ride on Cruzbikes. I’m not one that ever limited my riding for neck pain, numb hands or saddle issues but like anyone else who rides any distance, I dealt with all of these things. But they have all been completely removed with the Q45. It’s the most comfortable ride I’ve ever had. And although my ‘92 Trek 520 turned a few heads I’ve heard ‘cool bike!’ more in the last year than in the 30 years I spent with my Trek. With my healing and recovery complete this is the year I will start to put on the miles. The touring rack has been great for grocery/library trips but I’m anxious to clip on my panniers and head out.

could be improved
The fixation could be improved. Just quenching the tubes is not good enough. It would be better to have a plate with drilled holles that can not tear out so easily.

Good Rear Rack for the Q45
This was a good purchase. Have not used it yet, but it was easy to install.
