Was sent the wrong item and waited over 2 weeks for replacement

The hats I ordered were for a birthday gift that were carefully selected to match the shirts that were purchased for my husband. I was sent the wrong hat....therefore I was short one present. Instead of just sending out another hat overnight...we waited almost 2 weeks to get the replacement which is unacceptable. Most companies would have just sent out the hat and then if the other one wasnt returned within 2 weeks then they should have charged me for the replacement. I also believe I should have gotten some sort of discount for a future purchase since my order was wrong. My husband loves your stuff but I am very disappointed in the way this was handled.
