These concepts Whittier covers seem like the things everyone needs to know but would take up too much time in an average class with beginner to intermediate students. So if you want to understand the why's of jiujitsu and save yourself the years of frustration it would take to figure these things out on your own then buy these courses and you won't regret it. I highly recommend this course.
