Steel seems really good but the handles seem plastic-like. I expected a really heavy solid weight but they fall a little short of expectations.

Aesthetically the knife feels so ergonomic with a solid weight, the cut is so smooth. You can tell these are a quality product

Product is amazing. It has everything you could ask for except for scissors. Maybe in future sets, they'll add it
