Mostly great, some gaps (literally)

The bed is very comfortable and the frame is beautiful. We had issues with delivery - no notice was provided for the dropoff time and I had to reschedule so I could move our existing bed. The mattress does not fill the frame. There's a sizeable gap, roughly 2-3 inches, so pillows end up getting shoved down below the headboard while we're sleeping. It's like the mattress or the frame was sized incorrectly.
