Don't be put off if it's solid or very liquidy. It's just because of temperature. After a bit of motion in your mouth, it'll be the same. I'm using it in conjunction with other Van Man products, but my teeth and gums are healthier than they've ever been

The best, tastes good, feel the cleansing work, and the peppermint oil adds to it over straight coconut oil. Great blend, will keep buying.
