Who doesn’t love meatloaf?
I don’t even like sweet potatoes but I will grab this one because I love meat loaf and mix veggies add a good crunch. I just douse the sweet potatoes with hot sauce and problem solved! I can get bored with too many meals with rice, so I gravitate to ones with potatoes and veggies. Balance!
