Great quality and customer service

I don’t usually spend much money on make up but I decided to splurge a bit and try this set. Unfortunately, the color pallet didn’t work with my skin tone-but the quality was really nice. I emailed to ask about my options and received a prompt reply offering a refund or replacement. I went with the replacement option and am waiting to receive the new items. Despite the product not working for me initially, I give them 5 stars for quality and customer service!
