Dukes Shake Mixed Berry - Bag

6 days down with good loss.

Really enjoying the bery and the vanilla shake flavors. 6 days with a 1.3 kg loss is good to me, and as I'm packing to move in 10 days, very convenient. No reason not to when your snacks and dinner meal are planned and ready to prepare and cook.

Like that it is not to sweet I like to make it up with 150ml water and let it set as a mousse. It makes a nice dessert very filling.

My absolute favourite

Mixed berry is my favourite shake by itself or mixed with the chocolate to give a "Cherry ripe" flavour. I always have at least 1 mixed berry every day sometimes both meals will be mixed berry
